1. Size: 10ft, 16ft, 20ft, 24ft, 30ft HQ Prefab Containers, we don't produce 40ft sized Prefab Containers as it has disadvantages in steel structure strength.
2. Frame: 3mm - 4mm galvanized Steel bending; 80x40x2mm / 100x50x2mm galvanized steel pipe as secondary beams.
3. Insulation materials: we use sandwich panel as prefab container building walls and ceiling insulation, thickness ranges from 60mm to 150mm; materials could be polystyrene sandwich panel walls; polyurethane sandwich panel walls; Rock wool sandwich panel walls.
4. Door options: Steel security door; Aluminum Security door; double glazed glass aluminum sliding door and swing door.
5. Window options: double glazed glass aluminum sliding window and swing window; PVC rolling shutter windows.
6. Equipped with facilities & furniture: bathroom, kitchen, bed, wardrobe, study table with chair, etc. One Stop Housing Solution service is available from our factory, we have full supply chain.
7. Standard Temporary Modular Accommodation Container House installation time: about 2.5-3 hours with 3 labors.
8. Lifetime: 25 years at least.
9. Monthly supply ability: 600 units at least. For huge projects, we can arrange more labors and working time to catch up with clients' schedule and partial delivery.
10. Warranty: 2 years if any material damage while shipping or any facilities can't work.
