■ Our factory takes 3mm hot dip galvanized steel bended into special shape, which suitable for container floor base main beam and roof section main beams. It has Q235, Q345 and SGCH standards available.
■ The steel thickness could upto 6mm thick, which the Europe clients and the ones who need top quality will choose.
■ For secondary beams, we have galvanized hollow sections and C sections available.
Doors
We normally take Steel Security doors, Aluminum Alloy Security doors, Aluminum Alloy sliding or swing type doors with double glazed glass for container external doors.
Windows
We have sliding windows, swing type windows, rolling shutter windows, turn and tilt windows available.
Container sizes
Regarding modular container buildings, we can supply clients with length less than 8m, width less than 3m, no limit in height; as for shipping container buildings, the length should less than 13m, width less than 3m, and no limit in height.
Insulation materials
For wall panels, our factory supply clients with Polystyrene sandwich panels, Polyurethane sandwich panels, Rock Wool sandwich panels, PIR/PUR sandwich panels. These panels have their own characters and advantages in heat proof and fire proof, our team will give professional suggestions based on applications and project site's local temperature range.
Top roof materials
Factory has 2 types of roof cover, one is 0.5mm PPGI steel plate, and the other one is 1.6mm corrugated steel plated welded to roof frame. Clients could decide which one to take based on project roof loading requirements.
Floor base section
We normally take Chinese famous brand fiber cement board to cover floor base steel sections, which has good character in water proof, anti-slipery and fire proof. Its thickness ranges from 18mm to 25mm. Between base secondary beams, we normally pave rock wool or sprayed PU foam as insulation, and cover whole base with galvanized steel plate.
Floor finishing
vinyl floor finishing, laminate floor finishing, wooden floor finishing.
For container shops/ cafe
Our factory is able to supply clients foldable walls, which fold up as roof and fold down as decking.
