1.20ft Prefab Container Hospital size: 6.058x2.438x2.896m ( L x W x H ), it's about 15sqm size.
2. Container frame: 3mm / 4mm Hot dip galvanized steel bending frame as main beams, 80x40x2mm galvanized steel pipe secondary beams. 4 layers epoxy zinc rich paint as finishing, frame color could be red / white / blue/ grey/ black in general.
3. Insulation panel: 60mm / 75mm / 100mm Polystyrene sandwich panel / Polyurethane sandwich panel / Rocl wool sandwich panel for reference. Some of these sandwich panels are fully fire proof.
4. Floor insulation and finishing: 75 - 100mm rock wool insulation, 1.8mm PVC vinyl floor finishing in general. Laminate floor, bamboo floor, wooden floor for reference.
5. Windows: Double Glazed glass Aluminum Sliding window or PVC rolling shutter windows. Its general size is 900x1200mm for room and 600x600mm swing window for bathroom.
6. Door: Steel security door / Aluminum Alloy security door/ Double glazed glass Aluminum Alloy sliding door.
7. Electric components: under client's country standard.
8. Bathroom facilities: shower/ toilet/ hand basin with mirror are available. We can also supply other facilities if you need.
9. Other furniture: we can also supply Living Bed, Table with chairs, cloth cabinet.
10. Container lifetime: 30 years.
11. One standard unit 20ft Prefab Container House weight: 2 tons.
12. Level: the containers are stackable and could be stacked for 3 levels.
13. Assemble time: in general, 3 workers could assemble 4 units per day.
14. Assemble guidance: available. We give detailed Video and brochure for guiding assembling. Meanwhile, our factory is able to arrange worker or Engineer to client's site guide assembling. But client will in charge of the cost.
