3. Wall insulation: 75mm Polystyrene sandwich panel - EPS, 0.5/0.5mm steel plate skin, 16kg/m3 density. We also supply Rock Wool sandwich panel and PU sandwich panel for reference, clients could choose based on local climate ranges.
4. Slope roof system: steel structure + Corrugated sandwich panel + rain gutter system for water collection.
5. Door: Steel Security door, aluminum alloy security door for options.
6. Window: Aluminum Alloy frame double glazed glass sliding windows with screen net.
7. Floor base: 18mm Fiber cement board
8. Floor finishing: laminate floor finishing.

For projects which needs tens or hundreds units of containers, our modular containers could be connected together for larger space requirements. The connected frames' waterproofing will be done onsite.
Container Roof rain water collection:
The Modular container roof frame is designed with a channel, which lead rain into roof corner fittings and then down to ground corner fitting through PVC pipe which is hidden in columns. The rain water could be collected into clients' tanks.
Container Roof section and Floor base section loading capacity:
Our standard 20ft modular containers' floor base is designed to bear 800kg/sqm; roof section is designed to bear 300kg/sqm.
Containers' project onsite installation service:
Our team is able to arrange technician and labor come to clients' project site help assembling, clients will in charge of tickets, visa, accommodation cost and daily salary.
