Our office container is designed to be used as a temporary administrative work area for staff, regardless of construction site conditions.
Our prefabricated container can be dismantled in roof section, floor base section, columns, wall panels with door and window. In general, most popular size is 20ft Prefab Container House/ Office with 6.058 x2.438 x 2.896m. Office containers can be customized and dimensioned to include the following options: air conditioning, furniture, computer network and telephone, home automation, guard (guardrail), high floor. Prefab Office containers (construction site office) are delivered as a flat pack set disassembled or smaller sized containers and fully assembled & load into shipping container.
Mineral wool which is used primarily for insulation in the structures can be recycled
The structure of the cabin is made from steel and once the client has no further use of the structure the steel can be recycled.
Modular containers loading solutions:
For a standard 20ft Container Office, it equipped with one door and two windows, fully electrically equipped, 5 units load into 1x40ft HQ shipping container or 4 units flat pack as 20ft SOC & directly load into vessel .
Modular containers applications:
Our office containers can be joined together (assembled or stacked) to form big prefabricated modular buildings. The containers could be located in Construction Site, Mining Camp area, Oil Search Camp for Temporary Offices. And these containers could be transported to other locations when one project finish and load onto truck for transhipment.
Designed for expansion to plant offices anywhere easily. The modular wall system involves combining individual modular interior offices with selective 100 mm wall panels. The modular building system also contributes to the overall flexibility of the floor spaces. Each module is assembled before delivery. These mobile offices are also fitted with doors and windows, clean and flat finishes. Overall the construction process is guaranteed quick and efficient.
In order to produce faster for big Container Office projects, we suggest clients combine 20ft Containers in line, 16ft containers as corridor and another line of connected 20ft Containers. To allow sunshine enter the rooms, our factory is able to supply glass walls for more lights. Windows sizes could be also customized in factory and assembled into wall panels.
