The style is derived from the Bengali cottages of Eastern South Asia, in vogue in the 18th century, with tiled, wooden or thatched roofs, usually found in the countryside.Exposed to the style, the British subsequently also built bungalows around British India, often altering the style.The first house in England that was classified as a bungalow was built in 1869.In America , this style of Indian country home was initially used as a vacation architecture, and was most popular between 1900-1918, especially with the Arts and Crafts movement.

The Prefab Container House Bungalow includes 4x20ft Containers, it has bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, bathroom.

1. 20ft Standard Container size: 6058x2438x2896mm ( L x W x H ).
2. Main beams: 3mm Hot Dip galvanized Steel bending and 4 layers epoxy zinc rich paint finishing.
3. Secondary beams: 80x40x2mm and 50x30x1.5mm Hot Dip galvanized Steel pipe and 4 layers epoxy zinc rich paint finishing.
4. Wall insulation: 60mm Polyurethane sandwich panel with double 0.5mm PPGI skin and 40kg/m3 density.
5. Roof insulation: 50mm Polyurethane sandwich panel + 75mm rock wool insulation paved between secondary beams and 0.5mm PPGI steel plate cover.
6. Floor system: 18mm fiber cement board + laminate floor finishing.
7. Decoration for exterior walls: we have Wood plastic composite cladding, fiber cement board, PVC cladding for decoration.
8. Double Glazed Glass sliding door, MDF door as inside House door for bedroom and bathroom.
9. Kitchen cabinet: Fully customized based on client's idea, we have good kitchen cabinet partner to produce for clients.
10. Bathroom facilities: with Watermark certified.
11. Electric system: AUS/ NZ standard.
12. Combination: Containers could connect together for larger space.
13. Stack: Yes, Containers could be stacked for 3 levels high.
