The project is a Customize Prefab Nursing House project for Australia client. After all kinds of consideration and comparison, client made decision to build from Customize Prefab Containers.
These Prefab Containers have many different sizes and shape, it has standard 20ft Prefab Container size, Trapezoid frame, Triangle frame Container frames.
What's more, the project combines the Container frame with Light Gauge Steel frame stud. The roof section frame is made by galvanized steel bending as main frame, secondary beams are 89mm width LGS frame stud. And then add insulation & decoration materials for the roof panel.
Regarding wall system, clients also combine LGS frame stud and another decoration material, which will be supplied from Australia local market.
For flooring system, galvanized steel bending as main frame, 80x40x2mm galvanized steel pipe as secondary beams. 20mm fiber cement board as floor base, wood floor finishing.
The whole building will be lifted and located above ground, so other steel frame will be supplied & installed on site.
