Our factory mainly produce Prefab Container House, Flat Pack Container Office, Prefab School, Prefab Hotel, Container Toilet, etc. Fully Customize Service for Prefab Buildings are available from us.
Regarding the export service, we have a team in charge of helping clients Sourcing Chinese Products - for now it mainly covers Steel Raw materials & Chemical components, Inspect production & Loading.
Differences between Prefab containers and Modified Shipping Containers
FoToon Housing Service mainly provide 2 types of Container Buildings, they are Prefab Container Buildings and Modified Sea Shipping Container Buildings. Some clients do not know the difference between Prefab Container and Modified Sea Shipping Container, we give a brief explanation as following:
Prefab Container Buildings :
we fabricate the Container roof section, floor section, 4 columns at factory. Client need to assemble the Container House/ Office building on site with crane's help, and insert wall panels between columns. The work is easy but need to finish on site.
Modified Sea Shipping Container Buildings :
factory prepare the shipping containers at plant, then cut spaces for doors/ windows;
Add insulation and decoration materials for the ceiling and walls.
Add insulation for flooring and make final finishing.
Assemble electric system, doors, windows on their location.
Final painting at plant;
Test the systems and ready for delivery.
Almost all work will be done at factory based on Shipping Container House Building type.
The project is a Luxury Shipping Container Office project, client request to fully decorate the ceiling and walls for good looking. As this is a Chinese project, we can arrange workers come to clients' site and finish on site.
For exporting orders, we will leave as less work onsite by clients as possible.
