FoToon Housing Service manufactures different sizes Shipping Container Houses, we have 20ft & 40ft Shipping Containers. In order to have bigger size, many client choose to take 40ft HQ shipping containers, modify them into living Container House.
Generally, the 40ft HQ shipping container could be designed with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Also, some clients make it with 2 bedrooms.
A brief introduction for the modification work:
1. Insulation: we have sandwich panel as wall & ceiling insulation; Polyurethane foam spray into frame as insulation; and rock wool as insulation materials.
2. Wall & ceiling frame: we use galvanized steel pipe as frame; light gauge steel stud as frame.
3. Inside wall & ceiling decoration material: gypsum board + painting as finishing; Composite board as finishing; Aluminum Composite board as finishing.
4. Exterior wall decoration: WPC cladding finishing; Aluminum Composite Board finishing; Wood cladding; fiber cement board cladding.
5. Door: Double glazed glass aluminum frame sliding door; Wooden door; MDF door.
6. Window: Double glazed glass aluminum frame sliding window with customized sizes.
7. Electric system: based on clients' country standard.
8. Plumbing: made on site; in general, clients could prepare the plumbing pipes locally based on country standards.
9. Furniture & facilities: available, we can supply clients with bed, wardrobe, table, chair, kitchen cabinet, shower, toilet, basin, water heater, air conditioner, etc.
10. Customize Service: available, our factory is able to modify the shipping containers based on clients' drawings and material requirements.
