12mm Laminate floor under customer preferred color fixed on existing 28mm marine plywood flooring.

Aluminum Alloy sliding windows with mosquito screen.
4. Doors
920x2040mm white security door as entrance door.
5. Electrical
Customer's country standard electric wire / LED lights / sockets / switches / distribution box .( all electric wires are pre-built in walls with pipe conduit.
6. Facilities None .
7. Painting
Based on customer's preferred color requirements on exterior wall.

8. Toal Roof
Galvanized 150 C purlins + single layer corrugated steel plate as total roof cover. 4.8 high in front and 4.5m high at the back. PVC gutter water down pipe.
