1.Size: 40ft HQ sea shipping containers: 12.196x2.438x2.896m ( L x W x H).
2.Modification: in factory and deliver in complete type, less work left on site. Clients will in charge of combine containers together, lead plumbing pipe into container plumbing system, lead electric wire to container. And some other basic easy job for decoration.
3.High Standard insulation finishing: Galvanized Steel structure frame assembled inside shipping container, add Rock wool insulation / PU foam between frame, cover the frame with OSB board/ plaster board, finally Emulsion paint as clients'requirements.
4.Flooring: 18mm fiber cement board + wooden floor finishing.
5.Electric system: electric wire will be installed inside a PVC conduit which assembled inside walls/ ceiling. The sockets, switches, distribution box will be based on clients'country standard.
6.Door: High quality security door, Aluminum alloy double glazed glass sliding door/ swing door, MDF door for interior container rooms.
7.Windows: Aluminum Alloy double glazed glass windows with insect screen, PVC rolling shutter windows also available.
8.Delivery lead time: about 25-30 working days since order and receipt of deposit.
