Some special sized and shape/ usage shipping containers are available from us, our factory imported new production line for producing standard seas shipping conatiners and modify them into different functions.
Generally, 1 unit of 40ft HQ shipping Containers could be designed for 1 bedroom + 1 living room + open kitchen + 1 bathrooom.
Or designed as 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom.

All the modification work, Insulation, painting, flooring, doors/ windows, electric system will be done at factory and deliver in almost complete type. Onsite work will be ground treatment, lead public electric & plumbing system on site. One crane is necessary and some basic workers.
Modified Sea Shipping Container House is a pre-built type House, and the containers are movable. You can put it on truck and move to other places when necessary.
