1.20ft Prefab Home Container size: 6.058x2.438x2.896m ( L x W x H after assemble ).
2.Wall insulation materials: Polystyrene sandwich panel which is suitable for common temperature range; Polyurethane / Rock Wool sandwich panel which is suitable for very cold/ hot weather countries. Sandwich panel walls thickness ranges from 50 / 60 / 75 / 100/ 150mm thickness. Steel plate skin ranges from 0.4 - 0.8mm, our general thickness is 0.5mm for double side walls.
3.Roof/ceiling insulation: 60mm thick EPS/ PU/ Rock wool sandwich panel + 40x20mm galvanized steel pipe + 75mm rock wool insulation + 0.5mm PPGI steel plate covering.
4.Floor system: 0.5mm PPGI steel plate covering + 80x40x2mm galvanized steel beams + 75mm rock wool insulation + 18mm Fiber Cement board/ MgO board + 1.8mm PVC floor finishing.
5.Doors: Security door double glazed glass aluminum alloy sliding door for options.
6.Windows: double glazed glass aluminum alloy sliding windows/ or PVC rolling shutter windows.
7.Electric components: the distribution box, circuit breaker, socket. Switches, light under clients country standard.
8.Facilities: shower/ toilet/ hand basin with CE/ AUS/ NZ standard.
9.Inside container decoration: PVC.
10.Roof water system: from container columns with PVC pipe down to ground.
