1. 20ft Container Office size: 6.058x2.438x2.896m ( L x W x H ) - 14.77sqm. Clients could also customize based on your requirements.

2. Frame: 3-4mm hot dip galvanized steel bending as roof and floor base main beams; 80x40mm or 100x50mm as secondary beams.

3. Insulation wall materials: 60mm to 150mm thickness wall panels, and materials could be polystyrene sandwich panels; polyurethane sandwich panels; rock wool sandwich panels for reference.

4. Door: aluminum security door; steel security door; glass sliding door or swing door.

5. Window: Aluminum sliding window with double glazed glass; Rolling shutter window.

6. Electric system: based on client's country standard.

7. Inside facilities: we supply kitchen cabinet, bathroom facilities; furniture.

8. Temperature range: -20℃ to + 40℃.

9. Floor base bearing capacity: 300kg/m2.

10. Roof bearing capacity: 150kg/m2.

The name is from Prefab Container House/ Office's package. Factory will make the container roof in a complete panel, floor base as complete panel, 4 short columns connecting the corner fittings and load the walls / door/ window between the space. The flat pack is mainly for standard 20ft containers, size: 6.058x2.438m ( L x W ). Container height will not affect the packing. In general, we pack 4 standard flat pack units to be a 20ft SOC & directly load onto vessel; or 3 units with partition wall and bathroom facilities could be packed as 20ft SOC too.
