Detachable Container House Accommodation To Slovakia
FoToon Housing Service is a factory mainly manufacture Container House / Office, Prefab Villas.
The Containers are normally used as Container House Accommodation, Prefab Flat Pack Container Office, Meeting Room Container, Classroom Container, Container School Building.
Our factory just finished a project to Slovakia, client take the Containers as Worker Accommodation Container which equipped with Kitchen cabinet bathroom facilities.
Why do we call it Detachable Container House? and how does the Detachable Container House Accommodation work? Let's give it a fast explanation:

Detachable Container House will be prefabricated at factory.

In order to assemble the container house fast on site, factory will make the Container roof as a piece, make the container floor base as a piece, 4 columns, 14 standard panels as walls and door and window.

The container roof and floor base steel structure are made of galvanized steel, and welded together with epoxy zinc rich paint finishing.

The standard container roof is about 125mm thick insulation layer.

The standard container floor base is about 100mm thick insulation layer.

For flat pack packaging, we make it like a box: Roof as cover, all panels + door + window + decoration material inside the box, floor base piece as the box bottom.

For containers load into shipping container, we pack the roof panel and floor base together with bolts. Other materials load into shipping container directly.
The detachable container materials will be assemble on site, and could disassemble it when transporation needed. You can also direcly load into truck to move as our container size is same as shipping containers.
