Premium Steel Structure Foundation

We have engineered a robust, secure wall panel fixing method that far outperforms conventional solutions:
Bottom Frame Design: During the production of the container bottom frame, we reserve a 60mm groove for the wall panel to insert into. The wall panel is then secured against shaking by a raised folded part and 18mm thick cement fiber board, creating a stable, embedded base.
Top Frame Design: A galvanized folded part is welded to the main beam of the top frame in advance. After the wall panel is positioned in place, it is firmly locked in place with an additional folded part secured by bolts.
This dual-point fixation at both the top and bottom of the wall panel fully meets the strict rigidity requirements for container houses, delivering exceptional structural integrity and safety.
Comparison with Conventional Installation Methods
Most other manufacturers in the prefabricated container industry use a far less secure installation approach:
They bend a 15-20mm raised lip on the container ground beam, cut a matching notch at the bottom of the wall panel, and simply slot the panel onto the lip.
For the top, they use long screws to penetrate the wall panel and fix it directly to the top main beam.
This method relies on weak mechanical connection and through-hole penetration, which compromises both structural strength and sealing performance.
