Most Western countries clients prefer Modified Sea Shipping Container House for their Living House, Resort Hotels. Clients will need connect public electric system and plumbing system to the Containers; and connection work for combined container projects.
On site preparation: make concrete slab for locating the Container House. In order to reduce onsite work, some clients choose making some Concrete piars to support the Container House. Generally, 6 piars for 20ft Container House and 8 piars for 40ft Shipping Container House. They can share public piar for combined Container House projects.
